I started this in the general forum, but thought I'd pass it along here as everyone here has their restricted hopefully... It summary, you need to carry the conditions section of the letter your PAL card was mailed on with you...as well as the PAL card....

AFAIK.
Only if there are extra conditions attached to your PAL.

Also, it's contrary to CGN practice to post the same material in multiple forum sections.;)

Never kept it. :runaway:

A very recent Supreme Court ruling I hope puts an end to this kind of crap, I have to admit that I too still wrap my RPAL in that blank piece of paper so if the ruling is overturned I'm covered.

Mine isn't blank. The restriction on it is law so I really don't know why it was put on as a restriction in the first place other than to screw someone over for not having it.

I can't remember it word for word but the jist of it is, That I will notify the CFO within x amount of days of any change of address.

HA

Edit: It say's notify the CFO for your area within 30 days of a change of address.

Just found it: "SPECIAL CONDITIONS (continued) Carry this document with your licence card as you must be able to produce this document on demand if requested by a peace officer or other authority". This is beyond dumb IMHO...
Look on the back or bottom for the restriction
