additional piece of paper we need to be carrying,

I know what it says on the paper, but if I was a cop and I was at a point where I was asking to see your RPAL, I'm pretty sure I'd just be happy to see that you had one - I've been shooting restricteds for nearly 30 years, and have yet to have a police officer ask to see anything to do with guns (except my latest purchase, at the range).

I started this in the general forum, but thought I'd pass it along here as everyone here has their restricted hopefully... It summary, you need to carry the conditions section of the letter your PAL card was mailed on with you...as well as the PAL card....

Why did you start a second thread on the same issue and then proceed to tell people that they are required to do something that they are not required to do.

A printed document was even shown in post 39 of the other thread clearly stating that you do not need to carry the paper if you have no special conditions.
