In short, the equipment exchange access permission is based on a graduating system. More access is enabled when a member progresses with more "positive history" Pay attention to the banner area. When your account access to respond to ads in Equipment Exchange is enabled by the forum, a banner will appear to alert you.
Level 1:
Permission to message the Ad creator ( to buy or trade ): the member must have a minimum level of activities in posting to the forum with positive content and time spent logging in. The account needs to be active by logging in and posting more than 3 messages to forum discussions over a minimum of 3 days or more.
Level 2:
Permission to create and post ad: the member must have already obtained a positive trading feedback from an existing member and have a minimum activities of 45 days in the forum.
