Adjust sights or ?

My P226 shot dead on out of the box when I got my Glock 17 Gen 5 it shot about 4" left consistantly I used my sight lite and checked it and from the factory it was not centered so I centered it and good to go

As the trigger people said just draw the trigger straight back with pad of finger.
If you have a lb and half gun with a 5 or 6 pound trigger pull and right handed and curl your finger around trigger it is pretty easy to pull barrel of gun left even in a rest.

I have astigmatism in my right eye which cause all my shots to be on the left (compared to most other shooters).
Adjustable sight solve that problem.

I also use international shooting glasses for serious target shooting which allows for my lens to be 90° to the target, so no parallax.
Different commercial ammo and reloads will have also cause different impacts.
Check the lot numbers if you tend to buy the same brand and model of ammo.
