Adjustable bag rider

I believe this is illegal under NRA rules for F-Class but not sure if it is under ICFRA rules.
Is it the adjustable aspect making it illegal or that it is removable. Having read your comment I see the potential for movement while firing causing a round fired off target. I wonder if a single hole drilled at attachment point would make it legal.

ICFRA rules state that no part of the butt stock or pistol grip or adjustable attachment can contact the ground, so basically you need a non adjustable rear bag between the gun and the ground to be legal if you intend to shoot it in Fclass competition

I am using this PQP adjustable rear rest for couple months now, I am happy with performance and planning to dual purpose it.

Tinkering of replacing that "V-block" (blue and black pieces) with a leather or microfiber ears filled with sand or "some material".
How that would be treated under current rules? I am not looking for a small side door to enter but more for my own convenience at the Bench, especially when the bench tables are stupidly different height.
Versus having a rear bag something like this:

Thanks, because in my eyes - what I would do without even a basic knowledge about f-class rules - there is a third party piece between the stock bag rider edge and the adjustable rest - which is sitting on the ground/table ... the bag ears could be attached to the rest plate if I could find one already made.

I may be wrong ( still waiting on a reply rm the RSO) but the base itself is adjustable so it may not be legal

Icfra fclass rules..

F2.7. Either specification of rifle may additionally be supported by a rear bag which may be appropriately shaped but may not be attached, clamped or held onto the rifle in any way, nor may it be placed on or in a mechanically adjustable base. The rear bag may not be joined to the front rest/bipod, nor may it be spiked to the ground.

I figured as much. I am a sling shooter, not an F class guy, but was fairly certain I saw it in there. :>)

I know some rules for competition (PCP) air rifle setups, the wording/description - because of a single sentence only - have some gaps if we re read it carefully several times.
This F2.7 is also almost a single sentence. That wording "may be in use" is always creating confusion wherever we go. I need to re read couple more times.
Again, I am not looking into a small door to enter, but if I can simplify my setup that is a gratis. :)

From my understanding. It can only be a bag ( not a rest ) and cannot be on a mechanical adjustable base.

F class is shot prone on ground.

I made my bag base from a cutting board and shelf pegs.
