Why not trace out a shape you like on a piece of tupperware and buy 2 carriage bolts and make you own, like they did?
I don't know who sells them, but I have seen them and was totally unimpressed.

rooster33 used to make them. Haven't seen him on this site for a very long time so not sure what he is up to now.
Decent price and it worked ok.
Otherwise, you can cut off the top of the comb and make your own adjustable comb. Simple enough to do.

Karsten ships to Canada - no issues whatsoever. $65 and here in 3 days, and about 5 minutes for install. It's solid and work's fine for the $$. This one is on my HS precision stocked 338 lapua. No complaints from me, but obviously a big difference from the real deal that ATR would install.

Here's the one I made. Not to hard to do and cost about $8 in materials. I'd like to have the proper McMillan cheek rest but at 15 times the cost this will have to do for now. (More money for a good scope)
Still need to paint the cheek rest and bolts but it should look pretty good when I'm done. It is a bit of a pain to adjust though (compared to an HS), but when it's set, it's very solid.
I'm going to try another one, and this time mill out an area to glue in a thin strip of rubber where the cheek contact is made. If it works well it should feel a little better than the hard plastic. Still it’s not nearly as good as an HS or McMillan, but it's a bit more affordable solution to the same problem.
If you have any questions about making them or if you want to have me cut one out and mold it for ya(only takes about a half hour), shoot me a PM.

I got one a while back from Karsten. Shipping was fast and the unit went on easy. Just make sure you allow not only enough room for the bolt to travel but extra for bolt removal. Im quite happy with it.

What type of scope do you have on the Lapua?
Wow!! Karsten needs to lighten up. It's just a peice of folded plastic with some slots cut in it. He can brag about his product all he wants but at the end of the day I know 13 year olds that can make more complicated things in shop class out of plastic.
Keep in mind that (and good for him for doing it), he is making about $55 per cheek peice after the cost of materials, for something that took me about 45 minutes to make at home using a hand router and a heat gun.
