So many of the solutions cost almost as much as a scope. I've never used offset inserts in my one Burris set of rings that accepts them, so I'm not sure if you could correct for both windage and elevation. Certainly one of them, but not sure about both, as they are two halves and they get inserted in either the top half or bottom half of the rings. Anyone know if you could turn them 45 degrees to correct half of both?
The better scope mounts aren't cheap either. At least $200 and upwards from there.
I remember your previous posts about problems with the mount. I guess its not sitting flat on the raised portion on the side of the receiver? If not, I'd guess that's a recipe for trouble.
If you didn't alter the scope mount itself, maybe you can recoup the money and try another design that might fit better (by chance?).
