Adjustable Stocks and Beards

Hello all,

I've got a problem with my AR build, curious if anyone else has had this issue. There's a tiny bit of play in-between the front of my Magpul MOE stock and the buffer tube, and at certain points when I'm using the rifle, my beard hair will get pinched in the gap, and rip out when I move the rifle.

Needless to say, this hurts. And I am a big pansy. Curious if there's some kind of creative fix for it though?

Getting a magpul ctr. It has the clamp.to keep it from moving much in its locked position.

If that’s not an option, I’d second the suggestion for a CTR. That should help immensely.

I had the same problem. I taped over the seams but in the end I put a non adjustable butt on it, I shoot it I don't carry it and a fixed butt is better for that.

A piece of bicycle inner Tube pulled over the seam will work perfectly, trust me. As an added bonus it even slides with the stock! You can thank me later....

I've ripped out multiple bears hairs on multiple models of Magpul stocks. I never bothered to look for a solution because I'm not a pussy.
