Adjusting a Parker Hale Trigger

I have a trigger similar to the one pictured below except the safety is part of the bolt. I want to eliminate the amount of creep on it and possibly drop the pull weight from 3 3/4 lbs to about 3. Where can I find accurate instructions to change the trigger creep (most important) and possibly change the trigger pull (least important)?

Often creep can not be eliminated safely without reworking the sears.
Basically if you can not figure out how to adjust a trigger and just what the different screws do - you probably shouldn't attempt it.

I adjusted mine no problem. They are a pretty nice trigger really. It was years ago and I found instructions online. That was before photobucket was a piece of crap though. Your link doesn’t like me.
