Adjusting Scope For Ammo Changes?

Today I tried a few different types of ammunition to get some practice and see if I could find out what type my Savage Mark II 22LR likes (Tasco 4-16 scope). I need more work on the bench to determine what works best (very mixed results), but I did find that not all types I tried were centered on the target.

I centered (somewhat) the scope with the Winchester 333, it seemed to match the CCI Blazer, but the Winchester Dynapoint and Lapua Standard Plus were in comparison low and very much to the right.

I'm new to the bench, new to scopes and so far enjoying my time at the range, but a bit surprised by my findings. They are groups of 5, shot at 25 yards, I figured I should start there...

Comments appreciated

Seems typical to me, I have never had multiple brands shoot to the same POI, even centerfire. They all vary, just find the one that shoots the best for you, then sight in for that brand and don't change your supply.

The thing that surprised me most was to discover that even the windage changes slightly with different ammo. I used to believe barrels were rigid and the only thing that could change is velocity and bullet drop. Doesn't appear that is the case.

Nope, the barrel, action and stock are a vibratory system and they don't just vibrate in the vertical plane. For example, in my Savage 12FV in 22-250, Federal 55gr. shoots low and to the right compared to Winchester white box 45gr. ammo. Pretty much all of my rimfires show some horizontal shift in POI between brands of ammo, too.
