Anyone here use them? I saw a set at the NSCC last summer, and more recently tried some on a friends G22 with great personal results. So much so that when my G22 arrives this week, it will be getting a set as well. They are a bit unconventional, but they really "clicked" for me. Has anyone tried them and found them to be a disadvantage in any situation?

That rear sight looks like it will really pull your focus at speed, which is probably bad, the odd shaped notch at the top of the rear looks like it would make fine alignment awkward as well - there's a Wayne Novak quote that's applicable here.

I can't comment on the speed aspect of it, as I just don't have that much trigger time. I will certainly be critical in assessing that though. Good point. For fine alignment, I quite like the setup, especially with the contrasting colours. I found it allowed me to zero in on the front sight more, as that front post is either complete, or it isn't. There's no need to try and centre it between to detached points.

Keep in mind, I'm still quite junior to pistol shooting. Enefgee, I see you're in Vic too. When I get it all put together, I'd be happy to share a lane up at te 'Hat and let you check it out.

Yeah, I agree. Also, they look pretty much useless for any type of low light shooting.
