That's why I asked. I once had cases fail to eject and it turned out there was just a touch of CLP causing them to "stick" to the bolt face.

Okay i agree that the ejector spring needs to be replaced, I'll make an order to Wolff on that.
As for the burr issue on the ejector pocket and the ejector itself there is some.
What do I do about that?
I tried the brass test and the gun was fully cleaned after firing so nothing came out. The brass rocked fine it seemed. The issue is not lube related.

check the ammo, ive had nothing but problems with mfs 556 and some of my friends have issues with it in thier high end ar.
