I'm planning to set up my own reloading bench as soon as I can get some room out in the shop cleared up. I've been reading fairly heavily into the subject, but I'm looking for advice on components. I'll be doing .270 Win for a BAR, .35 Whelan for a bolt, and .303 for a rear lock up Parker-Hale and Enfield.
Are starter sets worth it, or should I look into building peice by peice? Which products should I stay away from, and which ones can save me time? I've got a Lyman 48th Edition, Nosler 5th and a Speer 13th (lucky)
I've got a few good ideas for a set up, thanks to the pics on another thread

A kit is the way to go, IMHO

What kit you buy is dependant on your finances.

I started witht eh RCBS kit, and have never been dissapointed.

I guess you have to look at it 2 ways- Do you intend to become a serious handloader? Buy the RCBS master kit.

Do you wan to occasionaly pack a few shells? Go with LEE.

dont forget you'll need a tumbler to clean up your brass and a case trimmer. I dont remember if a case trimmer comes with the "kit", but I am sure the tumbler will be a seperate item.
