advice on scope rings for pic rail

I have a 10/22 stainless that came with a attached stainless rail. looking for recommendations for rings that will fit. Rings in hand are too narrow to fit. Will weaver quads do, if not what are my options for budget rings for hunting rabbits & birds/plinking - thanks

I'd suggest you take off the rail and try the rings you have. They will bring you 'lower and closer' to line of sight for faster shots hunting. If you keep the rail you may want it later for target shooting. I have a 4x scope on rimfire groove rings that's fine for quick, close shots. I have other rifles for target shooting so I don't have to switch the scope.
