Alright long range shooters I am in need of some advice. Looking to start shooting around 600 yards and moving up from there (punching paper and hitting steel only). I am looking for an optic that is best suited for the longer range shots. Looking to spend around $1200 but hopefully less and have no problem with buying used. Looking mainly at vortex PST, sightron, or bushnell tactical scopes. Anything I am missing in that price range? Everyone says clarity over magnification and I have a Zeiss Diavari with T* coating, it's older but amazing clarity. Should I use that as a bench march for clarity or give up on trying to find that in a $1200 scope? Also any suggestions on specific models would be much appreciated.
Thank You.
