800 sounds really high. Short supply or not, the one my friend bought before the supplies dried up was ~$600. I can see the price going up a bit from that, but an extra 200 is a bit of a stretch from what I can see.

I wonder this too, anybody seen one lately? This one was a surprise to show up at the store.

Question is when was the last time anyone saw a GP in a store?

I was watching for one for my dad because he loves mine and I haven't seen one in a store new for about a year and a half now.

And with the backlog I wouldn't expect any for a while to come.
