Advice re the Berger 185 BT's

I know this should more properly go in the reloading section but I am interested in the opinions of those precision shooters that use the 185g Berger BT bullet. I plan to use the 185 with Norma brass and Varget powder - what good loads have you found with Varget or any other powder ? Of course, I know all rifles are different and what works in yours may not in mine bt I am looking for ideas to start out with and go from there.

I will be switching to the 185 OTM bergers when my amax stockpile runs out. I would also be interested in info with varget. I was getting 2650fps with 190 SMK's out of my 26" shilen 12 twist, so I am guessing that ballpark should be easily attainable.
 
Most F/Tr folks are getting 2750-2800 FPS with the 185 BT. Typical barrel length is 30". Varget is very popular with this bullet, but by no means the only viable option.
 
RL-17 gave me good velocity and accuracy with the BT LR Bergers, I use Lapua Plama brass for the .308 it will take quite a bit more pressure......Barrel throated out long ws using 47 gr. with a CCI primer.
 
here's mine: Berger 185gr BT Target LR, 43.7gr Varget, Lapua brass, CCI BR2 primers, OAL 2.928 which is 20 thou off the lands. 28" barrel.
