Advice Regarding Tacticooling Tavor...

I used med strength blue lock tight type stuff on the threads when I put on my barrel shroud. Is there a threat of damaging the rifle if i twist it off of the barrel because i noticed the barrel has flat parts in the front to use a wrench to secure it while putting on muzzle devices. That is covered by the barrel shroud. I think i will need to use a lot of force to untwist it from the barrel. Should I be worried?

The three prong flash hider I am leaning towards has an extended part that shrouds about half an inch of the end of the barrel and I think it would make the barrel look a little thicker. It is there to allow for a pin to go through a hole to tack it to the barrel with solder to legally extend barrel length in the USA.

Ditch the shroud. Follow what people have been saying and get the items you really need to fine-tune your Tavor. I'm currently running the Griffon Armaments M4SD-II Flashcomp, which essentially acts as both a compensator and flash hider rolling into one device.

There's quite a number of odds and ends you can add, just gotta have the cash to throw at it.

I'm not sure that loctite was a great idea but I don't think that blue is overly strong. Just use the jam nut next time.

The flash hider that I want to purchase has a lip that actually covers about half an inch of the end of the barrel so I will not be able to use a locknut with it.
