Aerial Gear Bags

Just trying to find some info on those bags, what were they used for? and when? Both are alike but one is older, both have Canadian broad arrow. both are marked "Bags Aerial Gear"

These Bags, Aerial Gear were used to carry the parts for the 24' and 32' vertical masts in order to provide either vertical or horizontal antenna arrays.

Typically they would be used with No 19 sets, No 52 sets and other HF units.

Parts contained were (going from memory) guying stays, sledge hammer, ball peen hammer, insulator, spiked mount.
