Aero Precision M4E1 and F1 BDR-15 3G which for competition and which for pistol?

I currently own an M&P Sport 2 but with the AR scare a took the plunge and bought 3 lowers the first one was just an Aero precision 100 dollars lower that will probably just stay in the safe without being touched or maybe in case my girlfriend by any miracle decides to build her own AR (we all can dream right? )

For myself, I purchased the Aero precision M4E1 upper/lower set and the F1 Firearms BDR-15 3G which they are currently sitting in the safe and over the years I will use to build 2 AR's.

I've always wanted a high-quality competition AR and a short barrel AR Pistol build, so if you had these two upper/lower combos (Aero Precision M4E1 and F1 BDR-15 3G) which would you use to build a 3 gun competition rifle and which for an AR pistol and why?

Seems to me like the F1 was designed to be a super light, go-fast 3-gun rifle.

I'll use the lighter receiver U/L for pistol where is important to have positive balance with a shorter barrel...
For 3gun anyway you'll use a longer barrel 16/18/20 (front heavy rifle) so in this case balance with the receiver is not important.
