I think it depends on which province you are in. My last transfer took a day from a sponsor based out of Ontario to me in BC. For reference transfer was received at the CFO on February 26th, 2020 and approved February 27th, 2020

Quebec and Ontario have ridiculous wait times.
Has nothing to do with Reliable, I could buy there and have it clear within 2 days (BC).
