I've read that this is the grease that I need for my AR15 build (mainly barrel nut). Do you know where I can find this in canada at a good price? On Amazon it's 10-15$ for 1/4oz. It seems to be a little bit expensive.

Thanks!

You can use anti seize any colour or molybdenum base grease, more is not better, only thin film is require Do!

This is wrong.
Any anti seize compound that contains graphite should not be used because it may cause galvanic corrosion.
At least this is why mil spec specifies a molybdenum based grease.

Odd thats what the Canadian Military uses on every C7 and C8 barrel nut and I never seen a problem in my 16yrs.

Not really odd, I have learned that the CF screws up most things through a game of train the trainer write the new pam/ sop telephone.
I have 400 grams or so of the pound of Dow MOLYKOTE GN an AMU armourer gave me when he showed me how to build DMRs back in 2010 and will continue to use it till I run out.
If I was shopping for barrel nut grease tomorrow I would pick up some Mercury or Yamaha marine grease as it is intended for assembly use with aluminum and steel, brass, stainless, bronze and such in salt water. Good enough for 30k worth of outboards good enough for a couple grand of AR..............still no copper.

Great grease... fixed squeaky hinges on the front door proper!
