Good day

Looking for an aerosol spray dry lube for semi auto rimfire.

Rifle is a premium build using the 10/22 platform.

As you know rimfire ammo runs dirty.
It matters little what brand, even premium quality like Lapua.
And with this style of action carbon fouling builds up inside the action.
Perhaps 200 to 250 rounds between full take down and cleaning.
No problem at home, just reduces range time is all.

Guys on a US based forum all swear by hornady one shot with Dyna Glide Plus.
A dry type spray lube.
Apparently not available in Canada, and I have called hornady twice.
A dry type lube reduces the gunk piling up.

A similar spray called eezox is used, cannot find this either.

An aerosol spray gets into moving areas we cannot see.
So is better than just a dropper bottle.

Any suggestions on an aerosol spray dry lube?

OP,

Super Lube aerosol would be your best option for any semi auto small bore or full bore platform.
(carbon residue would be easily wiped away w/a Q tip)

Dry lube will NOT resist the heat & will just add to the carbon blow by debacle.

I have Liquid Wrench Dry lube, works OK but I don't run more than a couple hundred rounds w/o cleaning anyway. Or just 'wet' 3-in-1 Silicone lube. My Marlin 60 and Sav 64 do well with either. No 'High-end' semis.
