I don't know if this guy is the originator, but he sure lay down the steps to build your own. Gives me a headache just looking at all the pictures.
I saw a Kid's eletricmotor driven Hummer in a mall one day. It was big enough to carry two kids comfortably. Imagine mounting this badboy on it, and just terrorizing your neighborhood. Makes us all feel like we missed out as a kid...
