The AFRA Season Opener, May 5th & 6th, has been cancelled due to the snow still on the range and the poor road conditions.

Keegs - No guarantees! This is Alberta, it could snow next week!!! However if all goes well the match should go ahead as planned.

AFRA Homestead Match June 16th & 17th 2018 - CANCELLED

The executive has looked at the weather forecast and collectively decided to cancel this weekend’s match.

If you have other friends who are not members but planned on travelling please let them know.

We are looking into possible rescheduling for the following weekend.

I assume 14 Jul is still a go. The weather has been iffy this year

Ain't that the truth ... lost a couple of match days already with rain on Saturday followed up by great conditions on Sunday.

The Saturday Sept 22 match is cancelled. However Sunday Sept 23 match is still a go with 700, 800, and 900m.

Is there any word on what type of targets will be used next year? I know at provincials there was a comment about switching from electronics.

did the electronics work as they had problems a year or 2 ago and I thought they were not going to use them anymore, when mark ran the electronics they seemed to work and not sure if they are having problems now

and any results or is that a big secret? my bet is on Brent to win f-open as he won last year and is shooting good

The AFRA 2019 match schedule will be published after the AFRA AGM on Jan 13th.
