Aftermarket 22/45 Safety Lever?

Does anyone know of an aftermarket safety lever for the 22/45 that mimics the shape of the 1911 safety? The little button shape of the original safety sucks for holster use and I would like to change it out for one that is similar to the 1911 shape. Rimfire Sports had nothing when I checked.
