Very easy to get a McGowen barrel from Mystic Precision.

I'd go 9.3 as well, but have about 500 250gr Speers, new brass and dies for 35Whelen in stock.

You can order them from boyd's in the states, they'll ship to canada no problem ( I have one of their laminates on my XS-7)
