The old Ithaca 37 has piqued my interest. How well supported is it, in terms of atermarket parts/accessories?

Nothing too extreme, but I'd like to know my options.

Ron Sharp ,SGL,RR#4 Dunnville ,Ontario (905) 774-6368 has parts for the old model Ithaca Model 37 shotguns.

Not sure if parts from the new Ithaca Model 37 shotguns are interchangable with the older models or not.I would think that some if not all are.

Did you ever contact him? I'm refinishing a model 37 and need a recoil pad.

Just thought I'd ask...just trying to save some long distance mins...

Choate makes stocks and grips for them. But I would love to have someone tell me where I can find a set in Canada.

Lookup stuff like this. Then let me know if you can find it up here. I wouldn't mind dual pistol grips for S&G...

I spoke to an Ithaca factory rep the other day and he mentioned that a version of their Defence model would be offered with a Knoxx Spec Ops stock in the near future, so it seems likely the Knoxx will be available as a separate item at that point.

Good point. With the new Ithaca models in production there are bound to be more goodies around. They have some nice looking guns.

Yeah I had this exact shotgun. I liked it back when I first got it but it began to have issues ejecting spent shells. It is built really solid though and almost everything is metal.I have seen the odd one on the EE usually for cheap.

ive got an ithaca m87...which is apparently the same thing as the ithaca 37, anyways i find it very hard to find parts for in canada.....there is a website named gunaccessories.com that sell a pistol grip but stock, and a side shot holder but there customer service is not the greatest.....neways mine is fitted with a pistol grip and I would like a pistol grip butt stock...... it is a featherweight model m87
