aftermarket mags for the 702

Hey gun nutz; tell me what my best option for aftermarket 15,20,or25 rd mags for the mossburg 702 plinkster are? I find the factory mags pathetic and am looking for something well built that will feed without a hitch.

What problem are you having with the factory mags. I was going to buy one for the Tactical 22 I just bought so that I can have something short for shooting off the bench.

They're cheaply manufactured IMO. They feed and function, for how long remains to be seen. I've heard of the "red" follower popping out and after handling the POS mag it doesn't surprise.

Thats what I'm shooting....no probs...all fun

The only beef I have is the open bolt after last shot. I'd prefer to have the bolt close , after last shot , for easier/quicker mag extraction.
Is there a easy way to do this ?
...no other issues at all with mine.

Other than the 25rd mag , intended for the 702 tactical rifle , I don't know of any other "aftermarket" mags.
I'm interested to find out differently tho...

don't shoot the last rd. Like pistol shooting..1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,change mag. gotta count when your shooting My 702 isn't the tactical style and has a mag that doesn't look like something from an AR/M16...is there no after market for these rifles?

Thanks Wham-o that's the info i was after 'K so, no one makes after market mags. Do the extended tactical mossburg mags fit the 702?
