hi all, hoping someone could point me to where i can find one, love the gun but the stock is too light & i'm hoping to find a wood stock to replace it with, also one that would take a bipod, thanks in advance

Marlin also used to make a wood stock for the 795. You can see them sometimes on Ebay and the like. They are typical Marlin "walnut" stocks - nondescript wood with a heavy walnut-colored stain. Essentially they are the same as you would see on the Model 60 except they are machined for removable mags rather than the tube mag.

Also, some Marlin model 70 stocks will fit the 795 with a little work, I am told. Sometimes they are more available than the 795 stocks.

I think for bipod mount you are on your own - I don't think anyone makes a wood stock that includes that "tactical" feature.
