I wonder what the weight difference is between this and the regular handguard?

I love the idea of a light integrated into the hand guard but am concerned about heat on the light housing and battery if not separated by some kind of thermal wall.

Yeah I'm not a big fan either. Ugly compared to the factory handguard.

from what iv seen the manticore rail looks pretty scoocum. and the gearhead works flex swivel looks pretty cool too.
