AG42 price check

Guy I know has an AG42 Ljungman (sp?) rifle he wishes to sell. It is new unfired in the grease and comes with a bayonet. What would be a fair price for this rifle? I was thinking 450-500 bucks...

AG42Bs usually go between $275-$375. Bayonets got for about $50.

$425 is a steal IMO.

Their worth WAY more than the going rate. I don't think, with sub standard grade M1's going at $650 and up, that $500 would be too much to ask for a Ljugnman.

But realisticly, if you have a rifle in the EE at $500, and a few posts away there is one for $300 and another for $350 you may wait a while to make a sale.

I doubt that it's new and unfired - the grease part, yes.

I have passed on many in the $250-300 range. I have two - one I paid $300 for, and the other I got in a trade.

They go for $600+ in the US, because far fewer were exported there. Why are they so cheap here? They're accurate, but guys just don't like them.
