Wow! Done so soon with a great retailer. Since I live in the Lower Mainland I usually shop in person but occasionally purchase over the telephone. Although the store is usually fairly busy I always get welcomed when I arrive and a different someone offers help when I switch my gaze from one counter to another. With telephone calls costing literally nothing in Canada these days I'd suggest calling if the email isn't working to your liking. They always pick up and someone will(not Will) answer my question. Because of their friendly service and fair pricing they've managed to flatten my wallet many times over the years. Have they ever forgotten something; yup, but they always fix it.

Give them another opportunity because something just doesn't ring quite right to me.

I had the opposite experience. I emailed them on Tuesday about price matching a CZ 75 SP-01 Shadow and they replied within 2 hours. I placed the order and it was processed the same day.

My last in store purchase was a restricted, filled out paperwork at 11:00 am, took wife to Dr. Appointment, they called at 11:45 am to say transfer was done, come and pick it up, bought several times by phone and in store, great place, and they finally have usable website, don't give up on them now.

Wow. Never really looked at the offerings you guys had until now. Some good deals to be had. Wish we had stores in the GTA that offered the stuff at the same prices you guys do. $250 for a case of 9mm is something I would stock up on.

It's just the culture, it's easier to send an email/message. Personally I don't mind calling and have if I really need to get in touch; but at the same time my experience with RG has not been the greatest in terms of timely responses to email/cgn messages.

You have to cover all the bases in the 2015 sales arena, when you have a post that says have you ever heard of a telephone? The poster is posting that on a forum which might night have been around ten years ago. Customer service is what it is customer service. I am in the processes of buying a new shot gun and actually paying about sixty dollars more than the cheapest price .Why because of there customer service. my 3 cents.
