Nope. Not on the "approved" NRCAN list.

Closest I've found is CCI subsonic shorts/longs. They shoot at 750fps and out of a 20" barrel sound about he same as a pellet gun. Maybe a bit louder but not much - you can hear the bullet hit and I think that is the loudest part.

The CB designation has been affectionately been dubbed "cat bullets" by some city dwellers.

Super Colbri is about the same sound as an air rifle and about 500 fps. It makes a real bang in a hand gun.
