Probably not. See Brownell's site. They have plastic 3,5 and 10 round mags for $30 each and they ship to Canada.

I only said that because they had it sitting in the store the last time I was in there which was a few days ago... Sometimes suppliers run out of things and take a while before they get the next shipment so it can be a hassle to find somethings.

id buy a bunch of alpha industries mags for my scout if i could get them. The go from single to double stack making them much shorter, i think the 5 round ones are slightly longer than flush and the ten round ones are almost half the size.
