I wasn't sure where to put these, so I settled on here.
I have had the M10 for a few years, and was always amazed at how much nicer the wood was compared to any others I have seen here.
I just got this B2 match, and wanted to show them off.

I love these rifles. A bit of an enigma.
Are they milsurps? Not by my definition.
The B2 certainly could be called a precision target rifle.
The M10 could be considered a modern battle rifle, if not for the 70 yr old design.
Love them, or hate them, you have to admit, they are very nice rifles.
Since they aren't being made anymore, they will become collectible in the future.

What a world we live. You got yours from Ft Mac and I got mine from Vancouver. Wonder if they passed on the road. Just got mine last week now gotta keep my eyes open for the 7.62x39 version

A little fun making it into a "Bad Scary Sniper Rifle":D

I was able to hit the bull at 800 yards with this firing factory ammo. Seemed to be the limit.

I love the rifle.

Since we're showing them off...

My No4 Mk4. Cheek rest is actually beech, stained to match the teak. The original parkerizing was medium grey, so I had Casey at TacOrd refinish it in grey-black teflon.

It's getting to the point right now, where if you want one and don't pick it up when one comes up for sale, you probably won't get one.

I'm not sure if Wolverine or Marstar have any left but even though they're pricey and a few people turn their noses up at them, they are fantastic rifles.

Accurate, well fitted and beautiful wood.

They are on the heavy side but they certainly do shoot extremely well.

My B2 Match rifle will shoot some milsurp into sub MOA. The 7.62x39 version will shoot all of the Czeck stuff under 2MOA and select handloads around 1MOA.

I really like both of those rifles.

One thing though, the scope bases needed to be fitted to the receivers. That was my only issue with them.

I found there was a huge gap on the opposite end, when the screws were tightened on only one end.

Some judicious lapping fixed that. A bit tedious but well worth it.

Maybe I was being picky but that comes from the bench rest days, when I got bit with the accuracy bug. Stressing a one piece scope base is a big NO NO.

That's a great tip. I will check mine out.
I had to get this B2 when it came up.
Not a popular decision around here before Valentine's day.
She's still waiting for her gift.
When she saw it though, she thought it was beautiful.
I am still paying daily for that.
It is great to see them all, keep posting!

I have one for the past four years. Mine is the sport model. Shoots really well, 1.5 inch groups with average ammo at 100m, Fit and finish excellent.
It is heavy but I really like it

I was thinking of cutting back the forestock on my B1 to emulate the L39/L42 series of Lee Enfields. The amount of wood past the front band just doesn't look right to me. Also read on another site, that originally a SLR (L1A1) magazine was used before the switch to the M14 style. Gonna have to dig through the old parts box and see if I have one to try. Pinned to 5 rds of course. I only have two of the 10 rd AIA mags (one for each) and some M305 5 rounders.

Update. Tried a FN-Fal mag but its too long with the front and rear mag catch and a tiny bit longer then the M305 mags. So it doesn't fit my B1
