AICS Skins

I looked for a long while, never came across anything in Canada. ONly options are to trade someone or.... buy them from the states. There are a couple places down there that carries them (Mile High). Or go with Viper Skins, I am happy I did! Ordered them straight from the USA for a landed price of about 160$.
 
That's right, I forgot about Viper skins. I had heard that name awile back but at the time never had an AICS. $160 seems super reasonable. I will look into it thanks. Not to sure I want to sell or trade, rather keep them both :)
 
Well it looks like im out of luck at least with Viper Skins for the time being. Just got done messaging back and forth with Mike and I have the newest version of the AICS 2.0 folder with the small bolt cut hole. Currently they do not any skins to fit this newest version.
 
Well some good news after all. After a few more back and forth conversations with Mike at Viper Skins it turns out all you need to do to make their skins work if you have the newest version of the AICS chassis is just some very simple dremel work. Just placed my order. For anyone consider Viper Skins and you own the new version chassis with small bolt notch order the 2B AIAE skins

You can order the AI stocksides from Wolverine. They might be an order only item. I don't know if they have any stock on hand, but I ordered a set in April and they arrived in September with the AI shipment. Cost is $175. The stocksides available are just the newest variation - which are just the thumbhole-type or the pistol grip-type. Earlier versions were different between AW/AE/AICS/short-action/long-action, etc. but now it is all the same. Just thumbhole or pistol grip. The kits are modular. All earlier types are no longer available. I can post some pictures of what it looks like if I get a chance this weekend.
 
I ended up just going with viper skins. For $200 delivered to my box Tuesday with two different rear stock options it was a no brainer. In stock and shipped an hour after my order.
