mildot, where did you get your AICS 223 magazines and how much did they cost you? I can't seem to get on Wolverines' site but there must be other AICS dealers in Canada?

how interchangeable are they. Lets say i have a rem700 .223 sps can i change action to something bigger in the same rem700 action lets say .308 and use the same stock ?

AFAIK all short actions and all long actions will work in their respective stocks.

i got ACIS 2.0 from wolverines too. they are heavy stocks but built tough and does a good job gettin beat on.

Brakes, Mpod, rails, barrel, all were ordered through jerry from mystic and gunsmithing done by terry from black art rifles. getting another one built in 338 EDGE and might go with new AICS stock but any opinion is open.

I have two - one houses a Remington .308 and the other is waiting for my custom Remington .223 to come back from smith. I think they are excellent stocks and lock up perfectly.

Thanks Clayton that's the guy. Check out my 308 in the pics section as I had the barrel switched out, bolt lapped, trigger worked on and put on my leupold/BORS system. Cheers lad,
