Aim bullets in glocks

Unless you err on the OAL which sometimes cause tumbling, the barrel (and shooter) is generally the limiting factor on Glock accuracy. I've reloaded from 90-147 gr, LRN to TC without issues. My G19 seems to prefer the 115-127 gr range with off-hand 15m groups in the 50mm range.

I would be interested to know this too. I just bought 1000 AIM 124's for my G17 but have not got around to loading any yet.

Does someone have a good recipe, with oal, for this round using TiteGroup?

Here's my recipe.

String 12
Power Factor 151.7 - 4.5gr Titegroup 9mm 124gr TMJ
1) 1213 20.2
2) 1151 -41.8
3) 1266 73.2
4) 1191 -1.8
5) 1143 -49.8

High: 1266
Low: 1143
E.S.: 123
Ave.: 1192.8
S.D.: 50
95%: 69.4

I have used the AIM 124 round nose, and they are just as accurate as the Frontier 124 round nose I was using previously. I can't tell any difference between the two.

I don't use TiteGroup, but 4.0 grains of W231 is nice and light shooting with a power factor in the low to mid 130s.

I have another 3 thousand on order now.

When I was testing my loads there was quite a large jump in velocity between the loads (because of the small amount of powder). At the time I was having an error rate of about +-/.2grains. So sometimes it would be 4.2grains and sometimes it would be 4.6 grains(when I was aiming for 4.4grains). One was under the PF limit and the other was over. I compromised by using 4.5grains. This gave me a fairly large amount of leeway. It was also good for shooting bowlingpins, which need a fair bit of power to knock over reliably. This way I can use one setting for a number of different games, IPSC, Speed Steel, Bowlingpins etc. I've since fine tuned my press so the error rate is much lower, but I just kept the same charge because I'm used to the recoil now.

Just returned from my first go at testing the AIM 124 gr. for a Glock G34.
3.8gr Universal
fed. small pistol primer
Win case
OAL 1.12"

Off a rest no trouble holding under 3" at 25 yds.
No pressure signs, good gun function.
Most important, no keyholing which was a problem in the past with some plated bullets I have used in this stock barrel.
Loading worked well on LnL AP with Kiss bullet collater.
No adjustment to taper crimp die was necessary from the setting used for Zero brand FMJ.
While this is by no means over as far as development of a load for the Glock is concerned, the bullets show enough potential to warrant further effort.
