AIM projectile 9mm 124gr bullet review

The plating starts to separate above 1200 fps.

Are you referring to plated bullets in general, or Aim specifically? If you are getting separations with Aim products I would like to know about it, as we are working towards eliminating this altogether. For what it's worth, I'm shooting them in level III matches at 1370 fps. See my post on 50 yard accuracy tests in the Dealer forum.
 
There is a company that makes 308 plated rifle bullets that go well above 2300 fps... do you have an evidence of this happening?

Plating separation normally occurs due to the rifling cutting into the plating to far or it tearing the plating due to the twist rate... Aim has already commented on this in one of the fellows race pistols.
