Aimpoint holo - need advice

I have an aimpoint red/green 4MOA. I have never been able to use it cause in the day you cant see the dot in any colour. I replaced batteries and still cant see it. I keep seeing them as better quality higher priced holo, is this true? Any experience, tips or anything on making it work better so I can use it?

Stop using a fake aimpoint and your situation will improve. Aimpoint or eotech don't make sights with green reticles, esoppecially not ones that switch between the two.

You're using a clone.... Which is why it sucks.

What canucklehead said, get a real AimPoint, I have one and the dot is visible even on the brightest summer day.

yep! i was hoping that wasnt gonna be the case - bought on ebay, came from Hong Kong $90.00........im dumb, i knew it when i bought it, but was hoping for best. i guess its a paperweight now

The real stuff is expensive but it is worth it, and the battery live is amazing.

looking back, its beyond me now to! lol
should of known better those countries copy and knock off everything! The box says Aimpoint, the manual says Aimpoint. You would think if they are gonna do knock offs at least do it so they work right and know one can tell the difference, and they dont have to look stupid on CGN!
