Aimpoint Micro mounting question!

Here's a little bit of an odd one!
I did a custom VZ for myself with Zhukov furniture, but the stock makes your cheekweld a little high for the iron sights and I was planning on running a red dot anyway. However, I'm trying to find out if there is an aimpoint micro mount that sits juuuuust higher than the low standard mounts, without being a full co-witness mount. The H1 I have on that rifle is currently mounted on an LRP Co-Witness mount, and because it is a forward mounted red dot (NEA railed upper handguard), I can still see through it easilly, but it is very high over bore and I was wondering if there was a mount I could use to slim the whole package down.
Cheers!

I currently have the ADM CAS-V with the T2 on my Vector. Cowitness point is right at the very top of the sight picture with standard BUIS. It's listed as having a centerline height of 1.15" (designed to cowitness with Troy Micro BUIS).

Another option might be to add a short section of rail riser and use the low mount.

EDIT: If you have the absolute cowitness mount, I'd entertain the idea of a parts swap for the CAS-V.
