Aimpoint PRO ???

I just acquired a Tavor and I'm considering an Aimpoint PRO. Would this be a good match?

I currently have a red dot on my AR 15 and find I rarely use the iron sights even tho' it co-witnesses well.

Definitely professional quality. Snap on, snap off mount. Rugged and dependable, provides great cowitness with popup sights, on an AR anyway. I have one and it serves me well. There are various add on magnifiers if you want to go way out, but only two good ones that I can see. When it comes to optical sights, it doesn't pay to skimp. If you want a red dot, this is a #1 choice. I'd put it on the AR in a swap with the other one you have, which I assume is inferior, but that's just me.

The red dot on my AR is "inferior" to an Aimpoint PRO, but I hate to fix what ain't broke. I get bored ringing the 100/150/200 yd gongs with my Patrol Carbine.

I've got a pro. I like it. I'd like to take the spacer out and use it with the lowered QRP mount.

Question of my own then: do you stock magnifiers for the PRO and if so, which one(s)? I really should get one.

We usually get the Aimpoint and Vortex magnifiers which we really like, however we've found so far that all the magnifiers we have tried, work with all the non magnified optics.

It's AR15 cowitness out of the box. But I'd like to use it with the low mount on my Tavor

I use an Aimpoint Pro on my Norc AR and it co-witnesses perfect. Makes an excellent red dot for the AR.
