Air Gun Competitions

Could anyone from N.S.,N.B., or P.E.I. tell me if there are any
Air Gun Clubs or competitions that take place through out the year.

There was a N.S. Provincial air gun shoot last spring at Elmsdale or Enfield I believe.They shot air rifle and pistol (senior and junior)I think it was put on by Ray Fisher of Dartmouth.Contact Atlantic Marksmen Association in Dartmouth for info.

Search for Field Target and you'll have more luck, I think.

Also, there are "postal" matches out there. Shoot on your own and submit the results. Pretty sure there are some air gun options on rimfirecentral.com.

Are you looking for 10M rifle/pistol competition or field target?

I started a Field Target group near Ottawa last year. Some promotion on forums and we now now have a dozen or so people out for each of our shoots. All it takes is someone to try organizing events.

We can link up with people in our area.

We would need a legal place to shoot them. HRM laws do not allow the discarge of a pellet gun even under 495f[s unless it is at an approved range.

You can also not hunt with a pellet gun for those so interested.
