Hi all. Someone told me there was a business , or a guy in Smiths Falls Ontario , that repairs vintage air rifles and pistols , but he didn't have the particulars .
Anybody know of this place? Got any info? A phone number or address , or a name to look up? Sorry for being so vague , that's all I got .

I remember a long, long time ago, I used Gravel for a repair to a Crosman pistol. They did a good job with it and it was returned promptly.
 
Today , Gravel Agency answered an email I sent them several days ago. In their email reply , they said they only do warranty work on current models of air pistols. Nothing that is discontinued.
I guess that may be helpful to somebody else . That is why I'm adding this , but it was no help to me. Also , I found out that business in Smiths Falls was actually in Perth , but they are now permanently closed.

I have a 2009 or so model air pistol (discontinued) which I am sending them tomorrow for repair. Not sure if they will do vintage stuff, but worth contacting them.

I think they do - they operate canadianaircollector.ca which seems to be used/consignment sales. Sometimes the airguns listed will have a note that if ordered, the buyer needs to allow some extra time for a gun to be resealed.
 
The pistol I have is an old Crosman MK I . I bought it around 1980. I have ordered the seal kit , with an exploded parts diagram included , from fleabay. I'm going to give resealing it myself a try. There is a disassembly video online for this model. Watching it is quite helpful.

Buiseness in Smith Falls is called Scopes and ammo, and the owner Eric is known up as "Air-gun Eric". ht tp://scopesandammo.com/
 
I checked out that site just now , " scopesandammo.com" . That's the one in Perth that is now permanently closed . According to the site ....... Our mailing address is:

That is an old web page I guess , but other web pages say that place is now permanently closed.
I sent him an email , will see if he answers .
