I know, this issue was discussed here few months ago but I have problem with
using search function,so I just want to know if such a conversion (let's say G36
furniture with Ruger 10/22) is legal here in Canuckistan?

Zygy
I'd say that as long as it meets the oal requirements and is not considered and aftermarket bullpup stock, you will be in the clear. Might be something else to it, but I doubt it. Same rifle, different dress. It makes do difference if the dress comes from an airsoft gun.
Just as long as your not making it into a bullpup (P90,AUG,FAMAS...) gun I think your okay. I'm not 100% on this, so if I'm wrong somebody please correct me.
it depends on what body your getting I used to play and we were brutal with our guns, they hold up really well, with the g36 you may have to add some polymer in there to sure it all up but the recoil will hurt it less than any abuse it would take in a game, also make sure you get a body that lines up with the action
police need to get to the serial number apparently so make sure its easily accessible, metal bodies are great, g&g have metal bodies, many airsoft guns are very rubust, but you will pay,all of my real firearms cost way less than my airsofts....sad, check out forums for broken guns,IE motor dead for good deals
