ak-cz furniture question

Been searching but seems easier to post. I recently bought a cz 858-2 off Norseman and was wondering if ak furniture will fit with minor modifications?. I found a source for synthetic ak furniture sets (across the boarder) for a decent price. Thanks

Pistol grip can be modified to fit (as done by several members).

As far as stock and handguard stuff... good luck! Stock I think COULD be modified, but not the handguards, as far as I know.
 
I hear the grip can be modded but I was wondering about an ak folder and handguards. I don't have any ak furniture to even measure the difference.

I have to wonder, lets turn the tables around with the VZ58 and AK47. If AKs were plentiful and legally owned with a non-restricted here in Canada, do you think people would be swapping their AK furniture for bakelite? :D
 
If I remember correctly, I think KevinB got some VZ wood furniture for his vz58. If not him, someone did - maybe you could find a supplier?
 
I was thinking of Galil style composite furniture with rear folder not the cz style folder.I can machine almost anything so even it the ak stuff was similar at least a little bigger than smaller I could modify to fit. Thanks. I've seen the wood looks nice, but I'm going for the black look.
