Are their any retailers or websites in the US shipping to Canada? Looking to just get a stock for a stamped receiver AK to frig around with.

Except that "shipment prohibited outside the US" is federal law, not company policy. Marstar or Europe is the best bet.

I was watching Forgotten Weapons, and Ian was showing off a parts-built AK47 shortie. The entire Warsaw Pact is represented in one part from here, another from there, and ... a Chinese side-folding AK stock off a Chinese single-shot pump BB gun for $60. Since Airsoft is getting kicked in the teeth from the feds, you might have an easier time sourcing AK-like parts from those guys. I do know some Airsoft AKs have been imported that 'accidentally' use real steel AK parts. Whether or not they have all been recovered and destroyed is another question.

Ur best bet is to search around on European websites. Especially Russian ones like "31rounds" etc.

If you want just a stock check out Ironwoods designs. I know the owner just passed away but I'm pretty sure they are still sending shst out

Once I have the hardware I am going to take measurements and see if I can develop a polymer stock for the T81, either fully produce it or at least release the info.

I’m no CAD wizard but I have access to one.

Personally I am more interested in a lightweight fixed stock, does anyone think there is a market for folding type AK-74 or AK-101 stocks?

If I can be successful here maybe handguards are next on the block. Trying to stay reasonable with my goals right now.

Considering how much people want the folders, yeah I think there's a market for it. Plus the t81 can use any third party market, it really needs the support.
