AK47 mag in CZ

Does anyone know if it is possible to fit or alter an AK47 drum mag to fit into a CZ 858. Is it possible to cut and spot weld the top of the mags on each other.

Have a friend that bought a 75 round AK drum in states and wants to use it on his CZ.

I would think it'd be a fairly easy modification to do for any competent welder. i would think that you'd lose the last shot bolt hold though.
