Alaskan brown bear charge (footage)

That Grizz charge was an interesting one. I have been false charged twice in alaska in close country but when in the estuaries the bears are really mellow. It is pretty surprising to have her charge from such a huge distance when lot's of escape cover is available. They did the right thing by me, more often then not she would have given up the charge and headed off. Plus in the heat of the moment she could have just been moving toward them because she couldn't locate the danger with the echo from the shot etc. she might not have known they were there innitially.
